These are really some pretty pathetic flame attempts between Jeremy and Hellfire. Why don't you two just break into an assfucking session and get it over with? You know you want to. Losers. I'm embarrassed for you. Shame. - -->JN<-- IRC Nick TopJimmy A REAL Flamer ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 04 Aug 1998 09:56:49 -0400 From: TopJimmy Subject: Penguin's Birthday Flame It was recently brought to my attention by someone who will remain nameless (Penguin) that I did not present the VHML's most mediocre member with his birthday flame. So here it is, Penguin: I hope your Birthday was riddled with misery. May your only birthday kiss be from your grandmother, and she frenches you. May you have to sort through little baggies because your dog ate your dick. May you have a liquid fart. May your next erection be in November of 2011. - -->JN<-- IRC Nick TopJimmy ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 4 Aug 1998 10:39:52 EDT From: Wolfgng316@aol.com Subject: re: RE: Re: Re: Let's talk about Brad Starks. http://www.mindspring.com/~rexjackson/ > -----Original Message----- > From: owner-vanhalen@afterburner.sonic.net > [mailto:owner-vanhalen@afterburner.sonic.net]On Behalf Of > DTJGLAZE@aol.com > > I can > afford anything off this list that is posted for sale about the band. > > Dave in AZ Yeah, Dave will clear $45k this year and can end your career with a pho= ne call. I also emailed both Grant and Dave privately to let them know we were going to discuss it. Once we have, one of us will update the list. As far as the day to day bullshit goes, we've had this thread dozens of times and I don't think the list will ever come to an agreement as a whole about how much the council should step in, and how often, to suit everyone's needs/wants. Once we start censoring/babysitting, where does the line stop? I don't feel that it is mine, nor the council's responsibility to babysit. Yes, we've had a few instances where a list member had to be removed because they were extremely unruly. Keep in mind that in just about every situation should we switch to a more moderated approach, one of three scenarios would occur: 1. If the council stepped in too quickly, some people would feel we were jumping the gun and not giving the situation ample time to work out on it's own. 2. If the council sat back to see how far a situation was going to develop, we'd be labeled as sitting on our haunches by another group of people. 3. If the council were to clamp down and watch every situation like a hawk, people would not post as often for
